Vietnamese Delegation Arrives in Chemnitz to Boost Microelectronics and Startup Ties
A 14-member delegation from Da Nang, Vietnam, arrived in Chemnitz today. Led by Nguyen Duc Dung and Tran Nam Hung, the group includes high-ranking officials. They were warmly welcomed by Mayor Ralph Burghart and Economy department head Silvana Bergk at the town hall.
The visit aims to foster ties between the two cities, focusing on microelectronics and startup activities. The delegation will explore potential collaborations with local research institutes, including the Fraunhofer Institute for Electronic Nanosystems (ENAS). The reception at the town hall marked the beginning of their official programme.
The delegation from Da Nang will spend several days in Chemnitz, engaging in discussions and visits to deepen the relationship between the two cities in the fields of microelectronics and startup innovation.
