Upcoming Apple Watch Series 9 Equipped with S9 Chipset: Potential Enhancements to Smartwatch Performance
Gearing Up for Apple's September extravaganza!
📅 As we inch closer to September, the tech world's pulse quickens in anticipation of Apple's grand event. Before that, a barrage of whispers and leaks have been circulating online. And now, we've got an exciting scoop on the upcoming Apple Watch Series 9!
🍎 According to Mark Gurman's PowerOn Newsletter, tech titan Apple might unveil a trio of wearables under the Series 9 lineup. Expect a 41mm and a 45mm variant, alongside the successor to the Apple Watch Ultra.
📱 What's more? These bad boys could feature the new S9 chipset, promising smoother performance compared to the Apple Watch Series 8. Additionally, a dark titanium color option is rumored as part of the lineup.
💔 Sadly, it seems Apple might be holding off on the Apple Watch SE 3 this year. Following the Apple Watch SE timeline, the first Watch SE launched in 2020, and the next one rolled out in 2022. So, the third variant might be unwrapped only in 2024.
🔍 But that's not all! Mark Gurman also hinted at a fresh technology dubbed as "LIPO" (low-injection pressure overmolding). This tech will reportedly debut only on the premium iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max variants, promising an almost bezel-less viewing experience by reducing the bezel size from 2.2-millimeters on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max to a minuscule 1.5-millimeters. Speculations suggest this technology may find its way into iPads by 2024 as well.
📝 As we count down the days to the official announcement, we can't help but feel excitement in the air! We'll be waiting with bated breath for more news from Apple.
