Toyota's Iconic Land Cruiser Returns to North America for 2024

Toyota's legendary Land Cruiser is returning to North America for the 2024 model year. The iconic off-roader will arrive in the spring, packed with advanced safety features and a powerful hybrid powertrain.

The 2024 Land Cruiser will come standard with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, a suite of active safety and convenience systems. It will be built in Japan and reach U.S. shores with a starting price in the mid-$50,000 range. The new model is designed to tackle the harshest environments, debuting off-road tech seen in the latest Toyota trucks. Under the hood, it will feature the range-topping i-FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain, generating 326 horsepower and 465 lb.-ft. of torque.

The 2024 Land Cruiser will be offered in three grades: Land Cruiser 1958, Land Cruiser, and the limited-run Land Cruiser First Edition. The First Edition, limited to 5,000 units, will come with two new two-tone paint colors and additional off-road equipment. Buyers can choose from seven exterior colors, including two-tone options Trail Dust and Heritage Blue with a Grayscape roof. ToyotaCare, covering two years of maintenance and roadside assistance, will be included.

The 2024 Land Cruiser's return marks a significant step towards Toyota's goal of offering 16 electrified vehicles. With its advanced safety features, powerful hybrid powertrain, and off-road capabilities, the new Land Cruiser is set to make a strong impression in the North American market.
