Technology giant Netrio welcomes its recent appointments, naming a new general counsel and chief operating officer in the latest hires.

Netrio, a prominent player in the mergers and acquisitions space within the channel, has made several key appointments to its leadership team. The changes aim to further strengthen the company's position and deliver exceptional service to small- and mid-market enterprises.

Mark Clayman, Netrio's CEO, has initiated the revision of the board leadership team in 2025. Dave Costa has been named Chief Customer Officer (CCO), taking the helm of Netrio's customer success team. Costa's responsibilities include standardizing account management programs, formalizing client touchpoints, and providing strategic advisory services and project management governance.

Elizabeth "Tibby" Fogarty, who brings extensive experience in legal and human resources functions, has been appointed as General Counsel. Fogarty will provide strategic counsel to Netrio's executive team and will oversee the legal and human resources functions. In addition, she will support Netrio's mission to simplify technology management for small- and mid-market enterprises.

Pete Salamanca, with a rich background in IT service providers and global operations, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Salamanca's past experience includes leading global operations and governance initiatives, and he previously served as COO of Navisite. His role at Netrio will involve overseeing the organization's service delivery and business operations.

Jamie Wolbeck, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategic Advisors, will focus on expanding Netrio's role as a trusted advisor. Wolbeck's focus will be on aligning services with business and technology goals, ensuring customers attain maximum value with their Netrio partnership.
