Solar park management transition: GP JOULE assumes technical responsibility from Frankenförde, now under PARQ energy service oversight
GP Joule Continues to Expand Solar Operations with Frankenförde Project
In a move that underscores their commitment to renewable energy solutions, GP Joule has been appointed as the technical operations manager for a new solar park in Frankenförde, Brandenburg. The project, with a capacity of around 73 megawatts, spans over 60 hectares.
As the general contractor for project developer PARQ energy, GP Joule will oversee the technical operation of the photovoltaic free-field installation. This includes continuous monitoring via their control center, on-site team supervision, maintenance, vegetation management, inspection, repairs, and later technical optimizations.
The on-site team in Brandenburg will ensure the day-to-day care of the solar park, maintaining short distances for access to components and facilitating quick intervention when necessary. This close collaboration is part of GP Joule's goal to establish long-term partnerships with their customers.
PARQ energy, a nationwide project developer and operator of solar parks, battery storage systems, and green power solutions, shared high standards of quality and care with GP Joule. This isn't the first collaboration between the two companies. GP Joule Service has already been handling the technical operation of the Frankenförde solar park since its appointment by PARQ energy. The company's internal information security management system was tested during the BSI critical infrastructure test, demonstrating their commitment to security and reliability.
Since 2019, GP Joule Service's quality management has been certified by TÜV Nord according to ISO 9001, reflecting their continuous improvement in performance since their ISO 9001 certification in 2019. Markus van Hümmel, Managing Director of GP Joule Service, expressed pleasure about the follow-up order from PARQ energy for the GP Joule group.
