Software Ré́publique Unveils Ambitious Projects: Cybersecurity for Renault, Vehicle Flow Modeling, and Intelligent Charging

Software Ré́publique, a French public initiative, has unveiled several ambitious projects and initiatives. These include a 'detect & respond' cybersecurity solution for Renault vehicles, a vehicle flow modelling tool, and an intelligent charging station project. The organisation also plans to launch new services, incubate startups, and address cybersecurity awareness gaps through training programs.

Among the announced projects is a 'detect & respond' cybersecurity solution for Renault vehicles. This solution is set to be finalized by 2025. Meanwhile, a tool for territories to model vehicle flow is being developed by Dassault Systèmes, Orange, and Renault Group, with a pilot project in the Corrèze region.

Software Ré́publique aims to launch 10 new product and service offers by 2025. It also plans to incubate 50 startups and propose services to 50 territories in the same period. The organisation launched its incubator in March 2022, supporting five startups: Angoka, Geoflex, Parcoor, Vianova, and Wattpark.

An intelligent and secure two-way charging station project is underway, involving Orange, Renault Group, STMicroelectronics, and Thales. This project is expected to be presented by the end of 2022.

Software Ré́publique continues to expand its initiatives, with a focus on cybersecurity, vehicle management, and charging infrastructure. The organisation's plans include the creation of a 'GIE' to develop its activity and supervise project incubation. Additionally, the Software Ré́publique Academy will offer two training programs starting in September 2022 to address the growing need for cybersecurity skills.
