Samsung Rolls Out One UI 8 for Galaxy S23 Series
Samsung has started rolling out the stable version of One UI 8 for its latest Galaxy S23 series. The update brings the latest Android 16 experience to these devices. Users are advised to keep their software up-to-date for optimal performance and security.
The update, which is over 3 GB for users migrating from One UI 7, is currently available in South Korea for the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra. Meanwhile, beta users can expect a smaller update of around 450 MB.
Samsung has also begun rolling out One UI 8 for the Galaxy S23 FE in South Korea. While there's no specific global release date yet, Samsung usually expands updates worldwide following initial South Korean releases.
To check for updates, users can navigate to Settings, then Software Update. Activating automatic updates ensures users don't miss out on important improvements and security patches. The One UI 8 update brings enhanced features and performance to Samsung Galaxy S23 series users.
