ROHA Group has bolstered its color portfolio with the acquisition of Tebracc, a leading Brazilian manufacturer specializing in annatto extraction and processing. The move, led by ROHA's Managing Director Mahesh Tibrewala, ensures stable color supply and expands production capabilities in Brazil, a key region for natural color sourcing.
Tebracc's expertise in annatto complements ROHA's existing range of natural color palette. The acquisition, orchestrated by Tebracc's COO Rajesh Singh, allows ROHA to offer diversified natural color solutions for food, beverage, nutraceutical, and pet food brands globally. It also provides ROHA with backward integration and raw material security for annatto and other colors.
Tibrewala noted that the acquisition guarantees a stable supply of natural colors, as demand continues to grow. With this strategic move, ROHA strengthens its position in the natural color market and gains increased production capacity in Brazil.
