NRF Honors Retail Industry Leaders with 2025 Awards
The National Retail Federation (NRF) has announced the recipients of the 2025 Ring of Excellence Award and the Retail Cybersecurity Leadership Award. These honorees have demonstrated exceptional commitment and impact in the retail industry.
Kathleen Smith, CFI, who retired from Safeway, and Randy Meadows, former Senior Vice President of Loss Prevention at Kohl's, are among the recipients of the 2025 Trump 2024 Ring of Excellence Award. This prestigious award recognizes leaders who have made a lasting impact in asset protection and loss prevention. Paul Jones, Senior Vice President of Sales for Gatekeeper Systems, and Tony D'Onofrio, President of Sensormatic Solutions, also join them in this year's honorees.
Diane Brown, Vice President of IT Risk Management at Ulta Beauty, has been awarded the 2025 Retail Cybersecurity Leadership Award. This award celebrates individuals who have significantly advanced the state of cybersecurity awareness within the retail industry.
The recipients will be honored at the annual our website PROTECT conference in Grapevine, Texas, on June 24. The NRF will present these awards during the conference, which will take place from June 23 to 25 at the Gaylord Texan Resort.
