Launches ViewSonic's X1-4K Pro, X2-4K Pro, and SP7 Projectors in India, Featuring Google TV and 4K High Dynamic Range (HDR) Support
ViewSonic, a leading global provider of visual solutions, has launched three new projectors in India - the X1-4K Pro, X2-4K Pro, and SP7. These updates to the brand's flagship X Series are TÜV SÜD-certified for Eye Comfort, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience for extended periods.
The X1-4K Pro and X2-4K Pro are designed for home entertainment and gaming, featuring native 4K UHD resolution, HDR/HLG, and support for 1440p at 120Hz and 1080p at 240Hz, with a 4.2ms input lag. They are also officially "Designed for Xbox." The X2-4K Pro boasts an ultra-short-throw lens, capable of projecting a 100-inch image from just 1.5 metres.
Both projectors are equipped with Texas Instruments' 0.65-inch DMD chip and ams OSRAM's 3rd-generation Ostar LED for brightness levels up to 3,300 LED Lumens. Integrated Harman Kardon speakers provide onboard audio, while built-in Google TV and Netflix offer streaming capabilities without the need for external devices.
The SP7 is positioned for education and business use, offering features such as sleep timer and auto power off for energy efficiency. It provides five custom viewing modes (Standard, Photo, Movie, Presentation, and Brightest). Although the SP7 does not support native 4K, its specifications are yet to be detailed.
All three projectors come with a lamp lifespan of up to 15,000 hours in Eco mode and a service life of up to 60,000 hours of operation. The X1-4K Pro is priced at ₹3,60,000, while the X2-4K Pro retails at ₹3,90,000. The SP7 is the most affordable of the three, priced at ₹75,000.
