Kramer Electronics Boosts Hybrid Meetings with Microsoft 365 Calendar Integration
Kramer Electronics has announced a significant upgrade to its ConferenceShare solution. The new features aim to enhance integration with popular unified communications platforms, streamlining hybrid meetings.
ConferenceShare now supports integration with Microsoft 365 Calendar, allowing for seamless scheduling and connection of Zoom meetings. This integration is set to boost productivity and reduce meeting start-up times.
To facilitate this, ConferenceShare requires an Extron LinkLicense on the ShareLink Pro unit connected to the USB room devices. This license ensures smooth communication between the room systems and the Zoom platforms.
The solution also enables local room cameras and microphones to be integrated into Zoom meetings. This feature allows for more engaging and inclusive hybrid meetings.
ConferenceShare works in tandem with ShareLink Pro software and ShareLink Pro units. These tools enable users to share content and local USB devices with remote Zoom participants, fostering collaboration across distances.
Kramer Electronics' ConferenceShare solution continues to adapt to the evolving needs of hybrid work environments. The new integrations with Microsoft 365 Calendar and enhanced Zoom meeting support further cement its position as a robust and versatile conferencing tool.
