Inspired Entertainment Announces Solid Q2 Earnings and Names New Vice President for Investor Relations

Inspired Entertainment, a leading player in the gaming and sports betting sectors, has announced the appointment of Aimee Remey as its new Vice President of Investor Relations. With over 20 years of industry experience, Remey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.

Remey has spent the majority of her career in the gaming and sports betting sectors. Before joining Inspired Entertainment full-time, she served as an external consultant for the company. Prior to this, she held the position of Vice President of US Investor Relations at Entain Group, a global leader in sports betting and gaming. She also has experience in investor relations and corporate communications at Scientific Games. Remey began her career in gaming equity research at Jefferies Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in business economics from Providence College.

Inspired Entertainment's decision to appoint Remey is part of its strategy to strengthen engagement with the investment community as the company scales its business globally, particularly in digital gaming markets. Remey's prior consulting work with Inspired has given her a deep understanding of the company and strong relationships in the financial community, positioning her well to lead investor relations at Inspired. She will report directly to President and CEO Brooks Pierce.

The appointment comes at a time when Inspired Entertainment is seeing strong growth across its segments. The Gaming segment, for instance, delivered profitable growth in Q2 2025, with revenue of $27.2 million. The Interactive segment also showed impressive growth, with revenue of $13.6 million, up 45% year-on-year. The Virtual Sports segment, which is showing early signs of renewed momentum, generated $9.2 million in revenue for Q2 2025. The Leisure segment, while performing steadily, brought in $30.3 million in revenue.

In addition to these impressive figures, Inspired Entertainment reported an Adjusted EBITDA of $28.4 million, up 15% year on year, and a total revenue of $80.3 million, a 7% increase year-on-year. The company also completed £288 million debt refinancing in Q2 2025, including £270 million senior secured notes and a new £17.8 million revolving credit facility. However, the company reported a net loss of $7.8 million for Q2 2025.

Lorne Weil, Inspired's executive chair, expressed satisfaction with the growth in the Interactive segment. He also noted that the company is scaling efficiently across all segments. The EBITDA growth was driven by growth in the Gaming, Interactive, and Leisure segments.

With Remey at the helm of investor relations, Inspired Entertainment aims to further strengthen its relationship with the investment community as it continues to scale its business globally.
