Prior to the 2023 increase, the Nest Aware subscription was priced at $8 per month or $80 per year, while Nest Aware Plus was $15 per month or $150 per year.
### 2025 Price Increase
As of 2025, the Nest Aware subscription has been increased to $10 per month or $100 per year, offering a $20 annual savings compared to monthly payments. Nest Aware Plus, on the other hand, has been increased to $20 per month or $200 per year, providing a $40 annual savings compared to monthly payments.
### Features and Savings
Both tiers offer intelligent alerts for Familiar Faces, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, glass breaking warnings, and e911 calling. Subscribers to Nest Aware also have access to the Gemini-powered Google Assistant on certain devices.
Subscribers can save by opting for annual payments over monthly payments. For Nest Aware, this means a $20 annual savings, while for Nest Aware Plus, the savings amount to $40 annually.
### Video History Duration
Nest Aware offers 30 days of event-based video history, while Nest Aware Plus provides up to 10 days of 24/7 video history and 60 days of event video history.

If you purchase Nest Aware before August 15, 2025, the price will be locked in until then. However, subscription prices can change to keep up with market shifts, such as inflation and local tax updates.
