Google Rolls Out Asset Studio for Faster Ad Creation
Google has rolled out Asset Studio, a new tool announced at Google Marketing Live in May, to all Google Ads accounts. The feature is now accessible under Tools > Asset Studio in the Ads interface.
Asset Studio is part of Google Ads' shift towards becoming a creative production hub powered by AI. This move aims to reduce reliance on third-party creative tools.
The tool, first tested in 2019 and officially available from autumn 2025, enables advertisers to generate images with text prompts, create lifestyle product visuals, edit images, bulk edit assets, create and trim ad-ready videos, and add voiceovers for video and audio ads. This allows for faster testing and scaling of assets, particularly for Performance Max campaigns.
Google plans to roll out Asset Studio more broadly and integrate it deeper into Performance Max campaigns in the future.
