The focus of the 2025 FIWARE Global Summit lies in contributing to Rabat Smart City's vision to support "Maroc Digital 2030," the national strategy for digital development within the frame of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 11 on inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable cities). The summit also invests in urban innovation, territorial intelligence, social inclusion, and public efficiency of the territories for the 2030 World Cup, which Morocco will co-host with Spain and Portugal.
In an effort to achieve this mission, the summit aims to unite worldwide experts, open-source aficionados, thought leaders, and analysts, alongside Moroccan businesses, policymakers, academia, and developers.
