The latest glimpse at this series teases the inexperience of the Jedi, especially when faced against Amandla Stenberg's Mae, a rogue ex-Padawan making waves across the galaxy as an assassin. Her actions ultimately capture the attention of her former master, Sol (Lee Jung-jae), who's already busy investigating a series of crimes foreshadowing the return of the Sith, a force vanquished eons ago. As the Jedi seem to hold a firm grip on their power, and have vanquished numerous foes eager to dethrone them, dark forces are about to challenge their dominance, or so the new trailer hints.
The trailer tantalizingly warns, "No one is safe from the truth," offering a glimpse at some malevolent forces working against the Jedi. In the shadows, the Sith and a coven of Force witches draining a Padawan's life energy lurk, signaling impending trouble for the peacekeepers of the galaxy–if not catastrophe.
