Cognizant & Venbrook Team Up to Revolutionize P&C Claims Processing with AI
Cognizant and Venbrook have joined forces to revolutionize the insurance claims process for property and casualty (P&C) carriers using AI. The alliance, formed in February 2025, aims to optimize the entire claims processing lifecycle, resulting in cost savings and enhanced efficiency for insurance carriers.
The new model, developed jointly by Venbrook and Cognizant, supports early fraud detection, scales operations during peak periods, enhances customer satisfaction, and reduces operational expenses for insurance carriers. It leverages AI to digitize critical aspects of the claims value chain, automating complex tasks, managing workflows, generating customer communications, and employing predictive analytics to enhance decision-making processes.
Venbrook CEO and founder Jason Turner expressed optimism about the collaboration, stating that it will help carriers reduce costs, scale quickly during peak seasons, and improve accuracy to deliver measurable savings and a better customer experience. Cognizant's expertise in AI and automation strengthens the partnership with Venbrook, with the tech giant set to deliver services including claims processing, financial operations, policy administration, and compliance processing, supported by Venbrook's nationwide network of licensed adjusters.
In February 2025, Cognizant extended its collaboration with KBC Group until 2027, supporting the bank insurer's IT and business transformation with IT services. The company's commitment to Venbrook further solidifies its position as a key player in the digital transformation of the insurance industry, with the AI-driven TPA claims solution poised to reshape the landscape for P&C carriers.
