Cartier Silver Raises C$1.2M in Private Placement for Bolivian Exploration
Cartier Silver Corporation has successfully concluded a non-brokered private placement, raising C$1,200,000 through the issuance of 9,600,000 Units at C$0.125 per Unit. Each Unit comprises one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at C$0.20 per common share for 36 months.
The Company has paid finder's fees amounting to 7% of the total placement in Units. The net proceeds from this placement will be primarily allocated to exploration at the Chorrillos Project in Bolivia and for general working capital. All securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period.
This private placement allows Cartier Silver Corporation to advance its exploration efforts at the Chorrillos Project and strengthen its financial position. The Company's commitment to exploration in Bolivia is evident, and investors have shown confidence in the Company's prospects.
