BMW Reports Profit Turnaround with Strong Sales Growth in Europe and America
BMW has reported a significant turnaround, returning to profit for the full year with robust sales growth in Europe and America. The Mini brand also contributed to this success.
The core BMW brand witnessed a 5.7% increase, selling 514,600 cars. This is the first rise in over a year and a half, following five consecutive declines. The Mini brand saw an impressive 33% increase, delivering 72,400 cars. In the third quarter alone, BMW delivered 588,300 cars, marking an 8.8% increase from the previous year. However, it is worth noting that two years ago, in the third quarter of 2023, BMW's sales figure stood at 621,700 cars.
BMW's sales figures have shown a notable improvement, with the core brand and Mini both experiencing significant increases. This positive trend is expected to continue, barring any unforeseen challenges.
