Blue Whale Corporation Confirms Dedication of $85 Million in Token Investment towards $100 Million Funding Goal
In an exciting development for the blockchain and AI industries, Bluwhale and Caldera have announced a collaboration to construct Oceanum, a Zk-powered L3 on Arbitrum. This new initiative aims to decentralize AI workloads and provide a multi-functional RAG (Resource Allocation and Governance) system-like solution.
Han Jin, CEO of Bluwhale, emphasized the need for an aggregation layer in the fragmented nature of individual building blocks for decentralized AI on the blockchain. Oceanum will offer data contextualization and orchestration, creating an optimal and secure aggregation layer for AI agents, models, and large language models (LLMs).
The collaboration has attracted significant investment, with Bluwhale announcing a new fundraising round totaling $93 million. This round includes $85 million from token purchase commitments and $8 million from grants and node sale proceeds. Participating entities in the fundraising include Movement Labs, Arbitrum, Cointelegraph, SwissBorg, Awaken Finance, CoinBureau, Altcoin Daily, Master Ventures, DWF Labs, Baboon Ventures, Cryptonite Capital, Hub71, NewTribe Capital, Vitality Ventures, Citizen Capital, Castrum Capital, Elevate Ventures, Common Wealth Fund, AlphaCrypto Capital, Faro, Kahuna, Moon Capital, EVO, and London Real Ventures.
This fundraising brings the total raised by Bluwhale to $100 million, following a $7 million Seed round announced last March. The company plans to use the new investment to extend its Web3 intelligence layer across multiple L1 and L2 blockchains, furthering its mission to revolutionize the decentralized AI landscape.
Daily news infintech circles report an influx of investing from distinguished entities, with Bluwhale announcing a successful $93 million fundraising round for its new project, Oceanum. This web3 initiative aims to integrate finance and technology through decentralized AI, positioning itself as a leader in the development of L3 networks on Arbitrum. Furthermore, Oceanum's multi-functional RAG system offers substantial potential for reshaping daily AI workloads in the blockchain ecosystem.
