Apple Announces 2021 Design Award Winners
Apple has announced the winners of the 2021 Apple Design Awards. The winning apps and games showcased exceptional design, innovation, and technical achievement.
Among the apps honoured were Darkroom, Looom, Shapr 3D, and StaffPad. These apps demonstrated outstanding design and ingenuity, setting new standards in their respective categories.
The gaming world also had its standouts. 'Sayonara Wild Hearts', developed by Simogo in Malmö, Sweden, and published by Annapurna Interactive, won for its unique blend of music and gameplay. 'Sky: Children of the Light', 'Song of Bloom', and 'Where Cards Fall' also took home awards, each offering a distinct and engaging experience.
The Apple Design Awards continue to recognise and celebrate excellence in app and game development. This year's winners, from both established and independent studios, highlight the diversity and creativity within the industry.
