Al Jazeera Employs EVS for Modernization of Real-Time News Content Administration
LAS VEGAS—EVS is set to partner with Al Jazeera Media Network, equipping their Doha, London, Washington D.C., New York, and Sarajevo bureaus with its live content management solution, MediaCeption.

MediaCeption boasts a unified workflow that efficiently manages and edits live and near-live news content. Each bureau will be able to handle multiple live feeds, browse, edit, and share news packages from a centralized storage system with seamless playout capabilities.
Slated for installation in Q2, Al Jazeera plans to launch the new system in Q3 2025. The comprehensive solution from EVS includes XS-VIA servers, the VIA MAP media asset platform, and XStore high-performance storage system.
The MediaCeption deployment offers advantages like faster content turnaround, stress-free operations, multi-site collaboration, and certified compatibility with top technology partners such as Avid Media Composer, Media Central, Viz Mosart, and more.
