In a significant move to address the growing demand for advanced battery management systems, Infineon Technologies AG and Eatron have expanded their partnership. This collaboration focuses on enhancing battery management solutions, particularly for 12V Powernet Battery Management Systems (BMS) used in various sectors.

The partnership leverages Infineon's expertise in power semiconductors, MCUs, and wireless connectivity solutions. Combined with Eatron's innovative BMS designs, the collaboration aims to deliver highly reliable, efficient battery management systems that improve battery performance, safety, and diagnostics.

Infineon's PSOC microcontrollers, known for their advanced machine learning capabilities, are integral to this collaboration. These microcontrollers optimize power consumption and enable seamless wireless battery health monitoring, making them a perfect fit for Eatron's AI-powered software suite.

The technology integration enables accurate predictions of the State of Charge (SOC) of batteries, lower system costs, and faster time-to-market. Eatron's Advanced SoX and predictive diagnostics software are integrated on Infineon's PSOC family, providing market-leading battery management and diagnostics in various industrial applications.
