In a significant move, DDB Tribal, a full-service, through-the-funnel agency under DDB Mudra Group, has appointed Anusheela Saha as its new Creative Head. Anusheela Saha succeeds Iraj Fraz, who transitions into a new role within the organization. Iraj Fraz previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) before taking on his new role.

Anusheela Saha brings more than two decades of experience across leading agencies and global brands to her new position. She has worked with marquee brands such as Unilever, KFC, Mahindra Automobiles, Uber, Google, Samsung, UN AIDS, and the Times of India.

Anusheela's work has earned recognition at prestigious platforms like Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio Awards, Spikes Asia, and Kyoorius. Notably, her portfolio includes the award-winning campaign UnBox Me, which sparked dialogue around gender identity in children.

At FCB India, Anusheela played a pivotal role in shaping creative strategies, mentoring teams, and producing work that combined emotional resonance with cultural impact. Anusheela joined FCB as a new mother in a leadership position, marking an important milestone in an industry where such transitions remain rare.
